DSL in Egypt

i used to work for link.net and i had DSL from link.net but they became so popular that Customer service sucked and bandwidth became worse than dial up

i even remember telling the customer care guy that i can download with only 20 kb and i have a 512 connection what do i do to guarentee a 50 k download speed he said buy a 1 mega DSL

i hang up and used TeData for a year in cairo the connection was nice most of the time

now i am in Hurghada it's been 33 days since i requested installation :S
DSL in Egypt Suck i hope someone in Egypt Opens so we'd not suffer the problem is EgyTelecome which is controlled by the government is scaring investment by asking for incredible royalty on communication in Egypt
