this was my first time ever to cook i cooked besellah (Peas)

i have been living on fast food for almost a year now , i decided Nooo this is no life i'll have to cook to eat something bel dem3a akl masry mesabbek

she told me how to do thigs i had no time to practice in ALex so my first field experiment was in here fe baytena al 3amer bel 7adaye2

i took the onions it was nice to know how much tears a wife shed to prepare a meal for her husband , i don't know 3ashan ana 3'asheem walla this is how it is but i was tearing to the point that i was unable to open my eyes cuz of the pain

when i finished

i decided to go wash my face so i can see

i have put the onion in el 7alla with oil and put iy on the stove , ok this is where the cooking started

i stired for a while when it began to smell nice (this was the happiest moment in the experiment) i had a jar of tomatoe paste ready i have put 3 spoonfulls of it

it then looked really weird i don't ever remember it looking like that @ home evere

i thought something is missing

well mum didn't tell me nothing about water so how much water should i be having ?

that was a very dangerous question especially when dealing with my experience of cooking

any way i poured some water like three cups then it was cool i have been confused for a while but then i realized i'd just put the pease stir and

oh the salt

i left it to boil for a while and ate it

it wasn't perfect but i cooked it
