Holidays going back to alex
a friend picked me up to the airport (thank you ya titi) waited for an hour cuz ofcourse egyptair has a delayed flight

we arrived late to cairo's airport and ofcourse missed the bus to alex

A guy came to us and started covincing us ( me and my friend rafraf ) to drive us to alex in his nice silver lancer

we didn't agree to that ofcourse we decided to got ramsis and got in a microbus and stayed there for one and a half hours till the bus was full that was about 3:30 am
we reached alexandria @ 7 am as it was Raining like hell and the driver was unable to see

Microsoft Early Implementers list

a lot of people has been saying that their company is listed as one of the best early implementers for new technologies by microsoft and that they've received and email about it

Where is that list is it available online some how?

or is that something related to microsoft egypt top secret lists ? :D

i've been trying to buy a WII since it launched it disappears as soon as there's a small stock available checked US friends, Europe friends and Websites no one seems to have a single unit available

a unit is supposed to cost $250 it's used on Amazon for $1000 somedays today's highest price is $600

Games are available and Nintendo is replacing the faulty strap to Owners

DSL in Egypt

i used to work for link.net and i had DSL from link.net but they became so popular that Customer service sucked and bandwidth became worse than dial up

i even remember telling the customer care guy that i can download with only 20 kb and i have a 512 connection what do i do to guarentee a 50 k download speed he said buy a 1 mega DSL

i hang up and used TeData for a year in cairo the connection was nice most of the time

now i am in Hurghada it's been 33 days since i requested installation :S
DSL in Egypt Suck i hope someone in Egypt Opens so we'd not suffer the problem is EgyTelecome which is controlled by the government is scaring investment by asking for incredible royalty on communication in Egypt

Going to my home town

thursday night tomorrow @ 2359 i'll leave for Alexandria
i am going to spend the holidays there

missing Alexandria i like my home town i wish my Job was there

Under Stress

Today i found out that i prefer to work understress than be a normal working man
seems like i am a workaholic

i don't know how or why, but it seems that i feel guilt if i am not working under pressure
i think it's a way that my brain says you are not working hard enough!!

FIX IT Hat

First i want to say an official sorry to every woman/girl that has talked to me about her problems and i didn't listen instead i just proposed a solution

This weekend i've decided to use the 2 and a half hours on the Train to do something fruitful i've been wanting to read a lot of books non technical books for a change there was the 7 habits of the highly effective people , how to make friends and infulence people but mainly from its title the book "Men are from Mars , Women are from Venus" that intrestead me the most

the book is just great read IT

well when a woman talks to you about her problems (as the books imply) she doens't mean that she wants help

it doesn't mean like u martians used to do

when a martian (Man) talks about his problem to someone else it means he needs help

so the other guy puts on the FIXIT hat proudly and helps

but when a venusian (woman ) talks about her problems she just wants someone to listen that's just her way of feeling better !! (if u r a martian as me u'd know what the "!!" r about)
